Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial report, financial analysis, cash flow analysis and reporting of financial result
- Liaise with auditor and finalize of annual audit for multi-entities
- Handle the consolidation financial statement
- Handle the tax issues
- Any ad hoc projects if required

Requirements
- Accounting or Finance Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Professional qualification in Accounting / Finance, familiar with US GAAP
- Experience in US listed company and familiar with SEC and US securities laws
- Audit experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with interpersonal strengths
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command in written and oral English, Mandarin & Cantonese
