I strongly feel that Frank Yglesias purposely misled investors into thinking he was further along with the company than he really was. The guy diluted billions of shares and all of sudden got up and left the company and kept the right to all the inventory? Something about that does not sit well with me.

If you research enough about Frank, you will find that he has started 4 different companies in the past 4 years. All have failed and all have histories full of dilution and inconsistent reporting. What's even odder is that Frank decides to change the consistency of his name during each company switch.

Is what Frank id doing illegal? No it is not. But is what Frank is doing immoral. Absolutely it is.
