Holding company is getting $4.77 million....isn't that about 25 cents per share for commons?

Whoa! Shareholders are the last guys in a long line.

Here is what creditors are owed before equity holders see a dime:

• Wells Fargo Bank N.A. $17.79 million

• Wilmington Trust Co. $12.17 million

• Wells Fargo Trust $11.5 million

• Bank of New York $7.29 million

• Wells Fargo Bank N.A. $6.99 million and

• Wilmington Trust Co. $5.66 million

After these guys divide that measely $4.77MM what do you think will be left over for shareholders??
