how can they have done a R/S without notifying investors, no news for such a long time... not even about the symbol change. i just noticed it on my ameritrade account yesterday... i know that with the pennies, there isn't much required in terms of reporting, but when they moved those 780,000,000 shares that looked really suspicious...
