Mull it over? Nah. Most decisions here are are made on "hunches" or because one "is feeling lucky today." Or perhaps because "Everyone is doing it."

Remarkable how interest in mREITs disappeared just as the sector bottomed. I think they're still garbage, but they got lucky with interest rates.
