$RITE Don Ross has over 35 years experience in design, construction, staffing and management of placer and hard rock mines, mineral assay laboratories, metallurgical and chemical process systems, and environmental remediation projects, all under the scrutiny of the relevant IMSHA, OSHA, EPA, and required Interior Dept inspectors and regulators. He has managed operations of the largest placer mine located north of the Arctic Circle (in the Central Yukon District in Alaska) and was responsible for the establishment of placer mines in Nevada and Alaska that were the largest stationary placer mines in North America at the time, each exceeding 400 tons per hour capacity.
Don's extensive technical, operational and management experience with every phase of mineral property acquisition, assessment and development, includes gravity recovery systems, hydrometallurgical processing, metal refining and metal sales.
