My take is the 24.65 I called for earlier is being tested now and then a retest of the 23.63 area to finish the cup and handle its been working on since 11/8/13.

After a little juking and jiving,,,a run to 30, but not in a straight line.

If it closes above 24.75'ish the it could be a failed cup n han and continue higher.
