It's rather suspicious when:
a) the #1 upstream site for Qtrax is a known scam site,
b) the bounce rate for Qtrax is almost 80% (i.e. 80% of the users leave the site without viewing more than a single page), and
c) the time on site is around a minute and 25 seconds.

All signs point to inflated site traffic numbers, so I wouldn't read too much into them if I were you.
