a "buddy" of mine; I called him because his name and phone number were listed on their website. As to your English major interpreting for you, it plainly says "...As of the effective date, all rights and interests of the Company's common and preferred stock have been terminated." Furthermore, I am not clear to what you are referring when you say my "non tax claim." And to what does your "Congratulations" comment refer?
