My take on what's going on. News flash! We have a retail seller that is giving us a small speed bump. LOL! I've been testing him the past two days & he or she is a complete amateur.

For those of you that know me, skip down a few paragraphs. For those of you new to this ticker or haven't seen me before, I'll explain.

I'm a full time trader / student of this art. All I do is study trading. This is my life, everything else is BS. I trade with only 8 monitors now, on 56 virtual screens. I see almost everything. I trade between 40-60 tickers at once everyday. When you trade that much for so long, you learn who your adversaries are because you spend all day playing a game of chess against them..

For example, if you exchanged emails everyday with the same 10 people, you would know who you are talking to just by how they write. Its the same with trading. I know each market maker & their habits. I can tell in most cases if NITE is trading wholesale or if retail is routing through NITE.

With that being said, whomever is selling soaked up approximately 200K shares and did it though Etrade. They are retail & the way they trade they are complete novices trying to grab money. They are literally stepping over dollars to pick up pennies..

Who's selling is a mystery because my DD indicated very few shares available and those that were free trading had a $.25 cost basis. That just goes to show no matter what, there are ALWAYS shares out there unanticipated.

Now for the good news. "David Loev" is the attorney on this ticker. For those of you not fully educated about the ways in Pennyland. Loev is a well known pump & dump attorney. When dealing with pump & dumps there are only a handful of attorney's that will represent these companies & they take a piece of the action. (Shares).

The Loev Law Firm (4G Enterprises Inc.) has represented
ACIE, ACMA, ADTO,
BECO, BERX, BGEM, BLFR,
CHMR, COWI, CTBG, CXBL,
EPAZ, ETEK, EPAZ, EVTI,
FARE,
GAMN, GBLS, GCOG, GNZR, GTCR, GTHR,
ISGI, ITTC,
JAMN,
LBRG,
MCGI, MHYS, MLES, MOTO, MSEI,
NPFT,
OWOO,
PDPR, PEDO, PEII, PPJI,
QTMM,
ROSV,
SIBN, SMXI, SNVP, SWDZ,
UAPC,
VIMB, VTNR

Traders, Do any of those look familiar to any of you? lol

If not, some of David Loev’s greatest hits include JAMN and FARE so I suggest looking up those charts because I'm expecting QMKR to perform on that scale

Bottom-line. At first I thought this was a great play based on their filings, indicating a fair balance sheet, & actually booking earning with recent acquisitions & more acquisitions in the works. Add in a super low float & this is a no-brainer.

Now with Loev associated with QMKR, it looks like we may have inadvertently stumbled upon the next big play. This is a low float that could do like QMUI that went from $1 to $8 in less than 30 minutes.

The seller's bottom number appears to be $.15. I tested him a few times & he wouldn't drop any lower. The $.12's that cleared today apparently are impatient traders that are obviously looking for instant gratification & when they didn't make 900% in two days, they sold for a 50% loss. Good riddance. Btw, Thank you for the cheapies!

For the rest of you. I would suggest holding & waiting. There isn't a doubt in my mind where this is going. Those of you that are familiar with my picks know I'm rarely wrong. When a float gets this small, mixed with a law firm like Loev, it's not IF, it's only WHEN, before I post my "I TOLD YOU SO!",
