AAVG, I just called Corp. Fin. at the SEC on AAVG. Hijack in progress. Invalid 15-12g, Asher notes converting on a delinquent former "shell corp.". And a known pumper and dumper high jack crew Andre Ligon, and civil rights lawyer that takes pump and dump cases to make a living.
Next call is tomorrow to enforcement. And Monday to Jack McCreery's office. I already have a two year old file on this scam. Will fed ex them a hard copy next week, along with the players involved and the scam perpetrated.
I am sure we will get to see this one unfold before our very eyes. This will be the nail on the coffin.
