Badman, From what I have been able to get from my contacts that
are very close to the company. This is the approx. time line.

1) The company called 2 separate meetings that were schedule
and cancelled because of SNOW, to discuss the progress of the
improved SCORES HOLDING website and the content of the letter
to shareholders. It looks like the letter to shareholders
will be several pages long. The letter will begin from when
the NEW management (Mr.Gans)took over SCORES,all the way
through present day and into the future plans. The company is
on track to file the year end figures (10K) by no later than
March 1, 2014. I do not think the company is waiting for the
10K to release the Website and the letter. Only time will tell.

2) I do not have to give you advise on how to purchase additional
shares, However,If you are serious on buying 1 Million
additional shares before this is done, I suggest you test the
waters by placing an order for 100,000 shares at $.03, 100,000
at $.028, 100,000 at $.026. I would be shocked if those orders
got filled. My bet is to fill that size order you would have
to pay between $.035 and $.05. It looks like the big seller
that was around is done. The only way to find out is to Bid
higher than $.027. The other option you have is to wait.
We both know now that revenue is on track someone else will
do the buying for us.
