Discovery Minerals is considering becoming a fully reporting issuer and is
looking to obtain OTCQB status? I wanted to clarify with you if the company

Hello XXXX, It is a fact that DSCR has engaged an auditing firm to perform
a 2 year audit of their accounts and have paid a substantial deposit
to cover this work. Once completed, the Company will qualify for OTCQB registration.
