HUGE MIKP NEWS

Spoke to Mark Newbauer today and his auditior believes he can finish up on the audit with the next 2 to 3 weeks.

MIKP has their lawyer simultaneously working on the form 10 and once that is complete it will be sent online through Edgar.

MIKP has previously spoken to FINRA (and their is a witness to this conversation) that once the audit and form 10 are filed and received, FINRA will stamp their approval on MIKP immediately.

Take that to mean what you want, but that sounds like a slam dunk to me.
