Yes . . . it was a thing to do, when your normal survey routine detects such finds. There has been some talk that some U-boats at end of WWII, transferred gold, etc. to world sites to avoid seizing by allied forces. It would be hard to tell which U-boats were involved, as purported secret transfers by special oversight units.

Some seem to be convinced OMEX can afford to have crews all around the world at once. However; families and friends do like to have time with their loved ones ashore. Private hire Dump truck drivers in hostile North America base and mining sites hire, were flown back to USA homes proper (on rotating bases), every few months. Probably not much fun being on small ships continually, for months with the same bosses and crews?

Also, OMEX management and crews are not at war . . . and should have time to ponder filming and media venues of the company. OMEX is not Goggle, it has small staff.

Doubtful OMEX stock will go too much lower . . . all this talk of 'we re going to hell' flips (as board members have stated), when spring 'springs'. The current fall-off in metals and commodities prices, will force new scheduling of OMEX mining exploration and salvage efforts, also?

Too bad we can't get the likes of Goggle or Eldon Musk interested in financing OMEX ventures. Why mine space rocks . . . when mineral deposits wait in pacific rim area? USA DOE should be looking into getting our share of underwater minerals resources, before other nations get there? How about some X-Prize money awards for private ideas on how to mine seabed minerals?

Everyone wants a free ride on the backs of innovators.
Personally, I think OMEX is trying and succeeding, to make money projects of all sorts including movie making, work together towards a common goal.

OMEX is not some pinkie sheet stock, it actually has revenues and actual equipment costs . . . not just management and promotional expenses.
