Joe Willie's premature coin flip was the start of the demolition. Seems it was our destiny!! After that three week stretch of 150-30 last year, it seems everyone knew it just had to happen. The comeback against the Redskins, the ever bigger one against the Falcons, and then the two play 31 second disaster that ended the season, to many fans and even the experts calling us the team to beat before this season started....and many saying we could even go undefeated....wow, just wow!!
For Seattle fans, me included, we've waited 35 years for this. I went to two or three of the 78-79 World Champ Sonics' playoff games, including game 5 of the Finals, when we won it all the next game, in Baltimore. Even camped out for tickets one night!!
