First to clarify, while Mr. Hundley is an executive of Daystar Properties, Hundley Associates is a separate operating entity with its own assets and revenues; also principally owned and managed by Mr. Hundley.
Second, yes… the blog is true. The week before last, Oriens had a small road show where Hundley Associates SRL joined Oriens during the Florida portion of the trip. At that time they concluded that the strategies they’ve contemplated since April 2013 were viable and agreed to proceed with completing a merger or acquisition. The LOI was then executed.
No, we cannot give you the details. However Oriens should end up with millions in hard assets, almost immediately applicable income and future development projects – all to be determined. They may also get a boost to their booking technology in Costa Rica (but do not hold us to that).
Third, we agree with you. Mr. Hundley is rather amazing and has done well for himself and the communities in which he develops. I do not personally know the extent of Mr. Hundley’s relationship with Mr. Chua. I do know that Oriens’ had an entire team spend time down here with us in August. So this transaction is very serious.
Lastly, Hundley Associates is a private company, so we are not obligated to provide any information to this regard. Further, Mr. Hundley is very private and would not be interested in communicating with anyone regarding his private matters. He is a visionary and a builder and should not be distracted from his objectives. So we ask that you and all shareholders of Oriens respect his privacy and refrain from attempting to contact him.
