BYSD .289 Minimum Valuation to Consider…

A quick history of Bitcoins might be appropriate for those just learning about this new currency. Bitcoins are the first decentralized digital currency. They are digital coins that you can send through the internet. Advantages: Bitcoins are transferred person to person without going through a bank or clearing house. This means that you can use them in every country, the fees are much lower, your account can’t be frozen, and there are no prerequisites or arbitrary limits. Bitcoins are generated through the internet by anyone running a free application called a Bitcoin Miner. Mining requires a certain amount of work for each block of coins. Your Bitcoins are stored in what’s called your Digital Wallet. What I have explained and more can be heard through the YouTube video below:

Now to give everyone a quick history of how BYSD has gotten into the Bitcoin market, BYSD acquired the company known as BitcoinzUSA.com as their new ”wholly owned” subsidiary. BitcoinzUSA.com has been mining Bitcoins for over one year and currently owns 100,000 Bitcoins. This is not something new for BYSD as back during the summer of 2013, the BYSD management team formulated an entry plan into the Bitcoin market and it is now coming to fruition.

Below is a BYSD valuation to consider not as the gospel, but only as speculation to help us shareholders to have an idea of what we have here with our BYSD investment. Let’s first discuss some known variables that are important to help us derive this fundamental valuation that I have learned from a variety of sources to include the company and by reading the BitcoinUSA Presentation that’s indicated above:

Key BYSD Variables:
** BYSD has a network of 100,000 Bitcoins/ATM Machines
** Each Bitcoin is worth approximately $900.00+ per Bitcoin
** Total Value of Bitcoins are $90,000,000
** 5 ATM machines expected to be deployed for this 1st Quarter 2014
** 1 ATM machine expected to generate $1,500,000 Revenues
** 5 ATM machines expected to generate $7,500,000 Revenues Per Quarter
** Expected to have a minimum 25% Net Profit Margin
** Current Outstanding Shares (OS) = 1,136,142,631 Shares
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BYSD/company-info

Now we can derive an Earnings Per Share (EPS) to help us derive the fundamental valuation for BYSD given what we know will result from the revenues that’s expected for this 1st quarter of 2014 to be recovered.

$7,500,000 Revenues x .25 Net Profit Margin = $1,875,000 Net Income

$1,875,000 Net Income ÷ 1,136,142,631 Shares (OS) = .00165 EPS

It appears that BYSD would now trade within the Financial Sector which has a Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio of 17.53 of which will be important to help us derive a BYSD valuation only for this 1st Quarter:
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/s_conameu.html

.00165 EPS x 17.53 P/E Ratio = .0289 Per Share for 1st Qtr BYSD Value

Use the Substitution Property to substitute any variable above that might change at any particular time in the future.

First and very important, I think it is important to capture how the quarterly revenue will grow exponentially. This means that the .0289 Per Share Valuation for the 1st Qtr for BYSD only represents a small portion of the Total BYSD Value. If BYSD is going to start with 5 ATM Machines for the 1st quarter, then it is safe to expect 5 additional ATM Machines for the second quarter, but the revenues will be based upon the 5 ATM Machines that are still there from the 1st quarter ”plus” the new 5 ATM Machines for the 2nd quarter. This means that there will be a total of 10 ATM Machines by the 2nd quarter and 15 ATM Machines by the 3rd quarter and 20 ATM Machines by the 4th quarter as indicated below to derive the annual amounts that’s to be captured:

For BYSD Revenues

1st Qtr = $7,500,000 Revenues
2nd Qtr = $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues = $15,000,000
3rd Qtr = $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues = $22,500,000
4th Qtr = $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues + $7,500,000 Revenues = $30,000,000

Total Revenues for all 4 Quarters = $7,500,000 + $15,000,000 + $22,500,000 + $30,000,000
Total Revenues for all 4 Quarters = $75,000,000 BYSD Annual Revenues

Net Income = $75,000,000 BYSD Annual Revenues x .25 Net Profit Margin
Net Income = $18,750,000

$18,750,000 Net Income ÷ 1,136,142,631 Shares (OS) = .0165 EPS

.0165 EPS x 17.53 P/E Ratio = .289 Per Share Annual BYSD Value

If more than 5 ATM machines begin to come on line at any given time, then understand that the value of BYSD would too increase proportionately. Again, use the Substitution Property to substitute any variable above that might change at any particular time in the future.
