exBex...I am aware of portions of Mel's story. I know that he paved the way for all of the other treasure salvors and wanna be treasure salvors. I know he fought the government long and hard to keep what was rightfully his. I know he devoted his life to the Atocha and sadly lost lives that were dear to him in the process. I feel for all of that and give him kudos.

However, my own opinion is I don't think Kim did what he did for the industry like I continue to read him saying he did. I am sorry if that opinion does not match yours and others opinions of him that know him, but it is still my opinion.

Yes I am saddened that a person could do what Jay and possibly others did. Taking people's hard earned money is horrible.
