It was testified to in the last trial by Jay's assistant, that Jay was too overweight to even dress himself in the morning. So the question is, who were all the divers that helped pull off this Fraud? We saw Steve Elchlepp Jr on the 60 minutes episode, Kent was employed as a diver for Jay and then we have Jim A. who worked as a diver, and helped carry the emeralds into court, and even testified on Jay's attorney's behalf in the last trial.
The question was asked Why the guy that sold the emeralds didn't come forward earlier? Well the Jeweler testified that he got a phone call threatening his life if he told anyone he sold the emeralds to Jay.
My question is why didn't the Diver's like Kent and Jim Anderson Come forward "if" they knew this was a Fraud ? Did they know it was a Fraud? I guess everything will come out in the Federal Probe?
Just my personal opinion
