WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WIALAN! Update 2

NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, ALAN BAILEY

the Company has brought on Alan Bailey as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. Mr. Bailey has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies in accounting, finance, mergers, acquisitions and global cash management.

Previously, Alan was a Senior Financial Executive with Paramount Pictures for 35 years, including being its Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In this capacity, he was responsible for Paramount's global cash management and control; internal audit and compliance; business continuity/disaster recovery; cash planning and forecasting; individual and film slate financing and investor reporting/compliance; corporate finance (including receivable financing); international financial reporting; tax planning and corporate structuring and compliance. Alan J Bailey was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Paramount Studios from 1975 to 2009 during which time Paramount was the most successful Hollywood studio

NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, MR JIM BROWN

Wialan Technologies projects that its domestic sales organization will grow to over three hundred technology sales representatives in 2014 based upon organizations previously built by Mr. Brown on behalf of Comcast Business Services as well as with Xerox Corporation.

NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, MR JAMES A. "TONY" RODRIGUEZ

Wialan has retained Mr. James A. “Tony” Rodriguez to act as Senior Vice President of Wialan Technologies’ Municipal Wireless (“WiFi”) Services Program as well as Wialan Technologies’ Military Wireless (“WiFi”) Services Program. Mr. Rodriguez has over twenty-four years of experience with the presentation and development of both municipal and military based infrastructure planning initiatives. He is currently working on major WiFi Cloud Services presentations on behalf of Wialan for the cities of Boston, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Seattle and various other cities based upon Request for Proposals (RFPs) for wireless solutions sought by those municipal government entities.

Mr. Rodriguez is also working closely with the Wialan executive team to present a comprehensive wireless communication platform for the United States Military operations throughout the world with special emphasis upon satellite internet communications offered through Hughes Satellite.

(c) Wi-Gate Security Network (Proprietary Model)

Wialan is the only company in the world that provides WiFi Security Networks through the combination
of its Wi-Gate Wireless Broadband Gateway combined with its proprietary video camera connection.
The WiFi Security Network provides customers with WiFi connectivity coupled with 24/7 HD live
stream video connectivity via a phone app or on-site server. This network platform provides marinas,
parks and other commercial clients with wireless connection to the internet as well as 24/7 monitoring of
customer facilities.

Wialan equipment in the Omni Bus terminal is already being utilized by homeland security. Imagine Wialan equipment in all bus terminals!

(d) Municipal Model

In addition, Wialan is currently creating a “municipal model” which will provide WiFi access “platforms”
for entire sections of participating municipal and regional county areas. These WiFi platforms will be
established through placement of Wialan wireless equipment in light fixtures along city streets and other
municipal lighting structures. The installation of energy efficient light bulbs with energy controlling
features provided by Wialan’s wireless devices will result in substantial energy savings for municipal
governments. Industry experts estimate the municipal governments will save 50-65% of outdoor
electrical energy costs by implementing the Wialan wireless devices in combination with energy efficient
LED light bulbs.

Switching to LED street lights is becoming very popular as an easy way for cities to cut expenses. For example, Los Angeles just finished their LED project with an estimated annual cost saving of $7 Million for the LED lights alone. Wialan can offer cities additional savings by allowing the city to control and dim the lights.

(e) The Marina Model

Wialan is the only company in the world that provides wireless security systems for marinas. Less than
twelve percent of all marinas around the world provide WiFi connectivity. Wialan has taken WiFi one
step further with the incorporation of a live stream video camera connection which allows marina owners
to have 24/7 viewing of all marina facilities via on-site server of through Wialan Marina applications for
cell phones. Wialan expects to deliver and install its Wi-Gate Security Network to over 250 marinas in
2014 - primarily in the states of Florida and California.

Wialan projects to service 250 marinas in 2014!
Lets see the contract we just made was $96K over 5 years
250 X $96K = 24 Million divided by 5 = $4.8 Million per year in revenue for just the marina part of Wialan's business. I believe the marinas are going to be a very small part of the BIG PICTURE.
