I think the Fisher's did the right thing getting involved in the emerald case. Otherwise Jay and his partners would have been able to get away with not only scamming their investors, but also getting away with scamming ORRV investors. Because ORRV owned 5% of the company that bought the emeralds.
According to Court Documents. Jay Miscovich was going to skip the Country with any money that he would have made off of the emeralds. So, the ORRV shareholders would have been left holding the bag as well as Jay's Investors in the Emerald Scam.
