Thinking you've done enough dd to indicate it's a buy based on fundamentals is another. Because it isn't.

Also, you're wrong if you're thinking that the purchases were done on the open market. That would be impressive and indeed a sign that insiders had confidence in the company in order to put their money where their mouth is.

That's not what happened. I suggest you take the time to read their filings.
