It’s worth watching how these restricted shares are managed. Certainly elevates the risk of large share dumps in the future. Given the Jansson / J&J commitment and their potential license agreement, I don’t see them in a dire need of near-term cash.

Also, do you know of a particular e-mail blitz? Was it on a list of one-day gainers, or exclusively targeted at CAPR? I have not seen anything like that, but that doesn’t mean it’s not out there.
