Because the fully diluted market cap is now over $225 million (assuming the about 3 million stock options have a low exercise price) and the enterprise Value is $20 about $15 million higher.

To me, $250,000,000 is sort of the top you can get to on a biotech company at this stage.

Plus I think a large number of the buyers lately are buying on the believe the market cap is under $20 million.
