You are not correct at all pitts77h.

There is a new business deal being set up for SIGA with new management.

It is not a mining deal.

There will likely be a rollback of the shares and a follow-up effort to raise the share price to move this stock on to NASDAQ in 2014.

I certainly hope this is correct and it is completed in short order!
