I (Douglas Pelmear not a business) received a US Utility Patent for the HP2g engine on Dec 31,2013. In the patent I was granted my own cylinder head, engine block, crank, piston, connecting rod, engine block main girdle, spark plug and management system with international patent applications.

FACT: With nearly 200 years of engines before the HP2g engine, I can say the HP2g engine is real with Patent Granted and is in post patent phase. All OEMs want to see a patent before serious offers. (even "SHARK TANK" wants to see a patent before investing)

Utility Patent- Issued for the invention of a new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or a new and useful improvement thereof, it generally permits its owner to exclude others from making, using, or selling the invention for a period of up to twenty years from the date of patent application filing , subject to the payment of maintenance fees.
