Some of these shells take an eternity to fill, especially these old ones like MAGAA that have been around for ages. After the JA_QC debacle I'm very leery of shells that date back to the 80's, 90's, or 00's

Instead I'm trying to focus more on those companies that recently file S-1's, as they seems more desirable for mergers. Generally they put some BS company in them to go public with the specific intentions of looking for a merger....they got less baggage then the older shells.
