We are currently in the process of bringing the financial stmts. current from 2008 to the 3rd Qtr 2013 and cleaning up some critical vendor payables. This will allow us to activate the stock with OTC Markets in late Jan – early Feb 2014 and to begin to evaluate some strategic oil and gas acquisitions. Additionally, we are interviewing audit firms to commence the process of auditing the
historical, current and future financial stmts. No reverse split are being contemplated at this time.
