CES 2014: Laptops roundup

Tons of innovative and sleeker designs. I really wish Intel had these this past summer when Haswell launched, in order to have received more of a press spotlight. But better late than never, I guess, but sad to see only Engadget to pick up on these, while the rest of the industry is tablet/phone stricken.

Highlights:

- Asus Transformer Book Duet with dual Windows/Android boot
- Lenovo Y50 and Toshiba Satellite P50t with 3,840 x 2,160 displays
- Lenovo Miix 2 11" fanless with Haswell and reversable/detachable display
- Lenovo X1 Carbon 2014 Edition with "adaptive" keyboard with light-up controls along the top that change depending on the application you're using
- Toshiba's "5-in-1" laptop: detachable display with kickstand, which can also do "Yoga" like configurations when attached to the keyboard
- Visio 15.6" Laptop with Intel Iris Pro graphics
