the yahoo message board is pretty active. based on the comments over there and the nature of the trading today - my guess is the majority of the volume today was from longer term shareholders who were increasing positions. it would make sense based on the gap up and then steady volume with little price volatility.

i added just under 30K today with an already substantial position.

this should be a springboard to CMS approval for Class II Angina and have EECP/Vaso recognized as a front line treatment instead of last resort. that is the big prize as it opens up EECP as a viable and consistent revenue stream where providers know they are going to get paid. it would also increase the reimbursement rates and third party insurers would adopt the coverage at a faster rate.

this would benefit all involved as it is more effective, no risk (especially compared to open heart procedures or stents), and is a fraction of the cost. the pushback has been from the surgeons but that has changed over the last 18-24 months
