Evergreen, which has over 150 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, will be the general manager of the Powder River Basin exploration project.
Pacer Engineering, also of Wyoming, is a reputable and capable lease acquisition and title opinion company employing several professional land men. Innocent plans to use Pacer’s expertise as needed.
L&J Operating will be the operator of Innocent’s Powder River Basin drilling venture, and will be responsible for obtaining the required bonds, preparing the joint operating agreement form, selecting all contractors and suppliers, payment of all invoices, sale of produced oil, payment of Ad Valorem, conservation, severance taxes and more.
By leveraging the knowledge of these partnerships and utilizing the latest improvements in oil and gas production technologies, Innocent sees its strategy as a viable way to rapidly increase production levels and generate sustainable value.
