I broke down the 3 current open LOIs EVSV is working on and deals could be closed any day now!! Also new VP starts tomorrow (Jan 6th) and from the PR Dec 19th CEO of EVSV Trina is going to hire more management by mid January.. From all the DD i posted in the link above, I would think big merger(s) news will drop by mid January... I feel the merging company will help fill new VP positoins!!

And yes, if EVSV share structure stays low and dilution is at a minimum, the PPS can move quickly to .01++, imo..

By the way, in the shareholder update on October 3rd, Trina said there is no intention to increase the A/S or do a reverse split!
