The Form 10 was resubmitted Friday, June 23, 2000 for SEC approval.
Effective Thursday, June 22, 2000, NICA moved from the OTC Bulletin Board to the Pink Sheets market making the standard Nasdaq published quotes unavailable to the public. However, Brokers/Traders will still negotiate transactions on behalf of customers. Currently real-time quotes of pink sheets securities are available to subscribers at OTCquote.com.
