Bottomline, flush the crap out of the company. A company, in order to soar, needs top management on a mission with vision, targets, connections, and of course a product that has or will have a sustainable market (with growth potential). For URBF, this is long overdue. The discounted purchase price doesn't scare me. It's all about making this a viable growth model that benefits not only the shareholder but more importantly society. If URBF produce will be selling more expensive than organic veggies, you can forget about success. The whole premise and selling point is that it is better for you and less expensive. I really don't know what is so complicated about that. 101.
