I wonder how much more of this company is going to be sold on the cheap. Another 21.7 million shares for .0148! I sure hope we start seeing something out of this relationship with Dundee soon. So far it looks like their plan is to buy up the company for less than half price. On the other hand if they are going to invest the necessary resources (time, energy, capital, etc) that it will take to get Urban Barns really rolling, I don't begrudge them for wanting their piece of the pie. I think that piece is plenty big now. I hope no more shares have to be issued for less than $ .50 to 1.00 per share or dilution is going to kill us.
