There won't be any buy out of VPLM, unless it's an all share deal with another dodgy penny stock "company".

The crooks behind penny stock scams like VPLM love to set off conversations among their victims as to how they're going to spend all the money they're going to make, what luxury cars they're going to buy, how there will be a lavish party (almost always in Vegas, which tells you something) and how to minimize the tax implications.

In reality, the only folk who make money are the crooks behind the scam and their insider cronies who run interference for them.

VPLM is just another penny stock scam hiding behind flimsy alleged IP in order to scam the naïve and gullible who think they can get rich quick because they believe they know something that Mr. Market doesn't.
