Tax loss selling is all but over. Back into the 19s now. I expect 20+ in January. How high depends on the rollout news. This is a speculation that has lower risk than most, given their strong cash position and dividend. So the downside is limited. But we still need a big PR to see a big move in the stock price. We'll know within a few weeks.
