XUII -Imerjn 10k filing- leaks the INVA merger?

Please indulge me in the "undaunting" task of determining this speculative theory now in play ;)

Please read this exact language from the XUII 10k filed on December 17th, 2013 :

The Company acquired NITH, LLC, a holding company, in December 2013. Subject to completion of a definitive agreement, this entity will hold a Communications company that had revenues of $20 million and EBITDA of $300,000 last year. It is an established provider of VOIP and mobile communications services to emerging markets It has offices in the US and China, and customers in 25 countries.

Notice how the language says, that NITH, will HOLD a Communications company - meaning, that NITH, LLC is NOT the actual Communications company alluded to here.

INVA- Desert Communications IS A communications company with $20 mil in revenues and EBITDA of $300,000 last year. THIS IS A MAJOR DD FIND! They weren't set to release a definite agreement until January which could easily explain the lack of 10q filing for INVA right now.

Very very interesting and this merger would accomplish both tasks for XUII- Imerjn and INVA.

XUII needs to raise capital and needed a way to market it's new products across myriad communications industries and platforms. It is now in the RFID and mobile technology business !!!

INVA- needed a strategic corporate and debt restructure plan to go along with its RECORD REVENUES that now include over $42 mil in back logged government and education contracts and purchase orders!

It is my opinion that the best of both worlds have collided and we could potentially hear of an announced MEGA MERGER between these two entities in short order.
