Company Executes Distribution Agreement with Sage Business Solutions Pty Limited of Australia

SWK TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES MAPADOC SOLUTION IS GOING INTERNATIONAL

LIVINGSTON, NJ – December 19, 2013 – SWK Technologies, Inc., a company engaged in delivering transformational business technology solutions and services, today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the Australian market for its proprietary MAPADOCTM EDI (electronic data interchange) solution for Sage ERP X3 with Sage Business Solutions Pty Limited of Australia.

Jeffrey D. Roth, CEO of SWK Technologies, stated, “This marks the first agreement of this type that we have ever executed, and it represents our first real foray into the international marketplace. Using this transaction as a model, we hope to enter into agreements of this type for other geographic areas, including Europe, China, and South Africa.
