No. What was mentioned in the CC was simply that Scott knows that the share structure needs to be addressed and that he was going to meet with some of his contacts to talk about options. Scott did however note that a R/S is not what he wants.

I would not be surprised if some kind of buy back program would be put in place, especially with upcoming events, but then again, that is only my humble opinion.

Also keep in mind that Scott owns 1 Billion+ shares, so his best interest is also in our best interest as shareholders!
