Actually to me it makes sense. Promo timeframes are compressed now. The easiest way to make more in a shortened timeframe is to have it trade at a higher price. MDDD a good recent example.
Add up the $vol since the first day AZRH traded. A good portion of that is their profit already. The only portion that isn't are wash trades they do amongst themselves to generate volume or provide the illusion of support.
When the MM running this sleeps in or sits on the crapper too long you get what happened on 12/18.
Notice how there were no buyers waiting w/ bids? Why would there be? There's no news, this pig is too pricey, it's 2013 and prepromos are deceased. LOL.
