Former Chairman and CON MAN CEO Alex Tawse has joined another company. Several of his USOG listed interviews with financial reporter's stated baloney reports of USOG progress. [color=red][color=red][color=red][/color][/color][/color]

He kept borrowing and making senseless deals that kept the company in continuous debt. Should have been replaced long ago or brought up on SEC charges before he took his departure money for greener pastures.[color=red][color=red][color=red][/color][/color][/color]

The replacement CEO Jim Crimi was done no better than CON MAN Alex Tawes.
Jim Crimi home office is in Bklyn, NY instead of Austin Texas where the Oil and Gas activities are being worked. The SEC has dropped registration in Sept 2013 because the USOG CEO has not filed a SEC report as required.[color=red][color=red][color=red][/color][/color][/color]

The company USOG for all intents and purpose is in the tank and dead as a door nail now and forever.[color=red][color=red][color=red][/color][/color][/color]

Goes to show you never believe any reports from a penny stock CEO or President ever. Unless you want chase the rainbow and lose your hard earned cash forever.[color=red][color=red][color=red][/color][/color][/color]
