Well when senior guys want $4.00 a share common shares for $2 million in exchange!!

announced it has entered into agreements to reduce the principal amount of its senior notes by $2.0 million by issuing 500,000 shares of common stock.




This means we are looking at PPS of at least a double from $4.00



Like I stated sold 1/3 of my shares!!

Just deciding whether to rebuy now or at end of this year and hope for a drop!!!


This looks like an easy double again from $4.00 or maybe even a triple!!!
over the next 3 months!!
