The balance sheet equates for shares to be worth a minimum of .0297 cents (and thats counting the entire outstanding share count)

CEO Mr. Frank Kristan is a hedge fund manager.

Ok that is the whole entire Outstanding
Shares so the Float should be trading
around 15-20 cents.

Float is currently 86 million. They are working on a major deal possibly with dominion for an oil and gas aquisition. Another possible deal is believed to be with a wind and solar farm based in North Carolina.
