cruz went to the mandela service just so he could grandstand to an international audience by walking out when raul castro spoke. he shouldn't have even gone if all he wanted to do was make the U.S. look like we have a bunch of assholes in our congress. oh wait, maybe that would be a proper perception. never mind.
