J. Charles Nemes

Mr. Nemes is a self-starting, goal-oriented strategist whose confidence, perseverance and vision promote success. He continually strives to utilize his well-organized and efficient sales, management and organizational skills while growing within the framework of a sales oriented organization or firm. His ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels makes him an asset to any corporate environment.

In August of 2013 Mr. Nemes was named Chief Operating Officer and Director of RenuEn. Mr. Nemes’ specialties include, budgeting, contract management, credit, customer relations, delivery of goods and services, legal experience and contract review, marketing, materials management, meeting facilitation, personnel and staffing, research organizational and sales management, mergers and acquisitions as well as long term business development.

While consulting, developing and assisting a few smaller financial businesses, In June of 2010, ISD Financial Group was hired by West Palm Beach Solar Manufacturer and Integrator SDI Solar. The struggling 37 year old company hired ISD and Mr. Nemes to assist with implementing a management, installation, marketing and sales strategy. Mr. Nemes began consulting in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer for the company and in a matter of six months he was able to grow the business from a $400,000 company into nearly $4,000,000 in sales while simultaneously implementing management infrastructure, organization and installation processes and procedures. In this capacity, Mr. Nemes instantly became familiar with the Solar and Renewable Energy Sector and began forming strategic alliances with some of the largest suppliers and installers of renewable energy products in the country that he maintains today.

In the twenty years prior, Mr. Nemes spent the majority of his career in the construction management, sales and marketing sectors of the remodeling industry. As an owner/operator as well as his experience working for some of the largest companies in the country, Mr. Nemes’ wealth of knowledge of the systems and processes needed to take products to market, train in sales and get products installed profitably have given him the experience to build on his successes. He formally worked as the National Sales Director of Boca Raton based American Bancard where he built a large national sales team into a multi-million dollar operation. Prior to American Bancard, he was a sales manager for Cincinnati based Champion Windows and Sunrooms where he received the President’s award and national sales honors.

Mr. Nemes is married and has four daughters ages 16 to 23. He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Lynn and commutes to the St. Cloud office regularly.
