Yes, Don Wood took over as CEO after the last CEO was forcibly (and rightfully so), evicted. Quite a bit has transpired under Wood's tenure (unfortunately much of it has been "learning experience" and "good effort with little results).
Anyway, where we stand today: Nemes and Kritsky are driving the Energy Solutions of Florida hard. (Remember the old "RenuEn Experts"? Kinda like that only 100x better). Two offices open now, growing sales staff, webpage up and functional ( www.energysolutionsbyrenuen.com ), lots of connections and growth. Waiting to see first big commercial project (already have a residential testimonial on the site), and looking forward to seeing the revenues unfold.
Emailed with Nemes and he is committed and driven to get this off the ground and successful. He's leveraging his connections and expertise in this arena to get RENU up and running. Feel free to give him a shot or drop him a line if you have any questions. He's more than accomodating.
Best.
