I closely follow the Daily Fantasy Sports niche, so I know of these that are active.

I've put them in order of overall user volume as best I can determine via web analytics. Imperfect but probably pretty close.

20-50K users daily
FanDuel.com
DraftStreet.com
DraftKings.com

7K user daily
DraftDay.com

2.5K - 3K users daily
DraftTeam.com
FantasyFeud.com
StarStreet.com

1.5K
FanThrowDown.com (MGT)
DoubleUp.com

500-1000
FantasyAces.com
StatClash.com
StarFantasyLeagues.com
SportsTradex.com
WarDraft.com

100-500
FantasySports4U.com
Frafty.com
FantasySportsLive.com (MGT)
WPSFantasy.com
ProDraftLeague.com
DraftGods.com

Under 100
AmpedFantasy.com

Putting FantasySportsLive and FTD together almost puts them in the third group. BuzzDraft and DailyJoust simply redirect to FTD now so don't operate as active sites any longer.

One to watch for next year is Top Line Game Labs who is financed by Cantor to the tune of $25M. Former CEO of Yahoo Fantasy Sports leads that venture.

My take is that about 5 can make really big $$$ and maybe 10 others can do fine as smaller ventures as long as there is only a handful of owners to share the profits.

So MGT has every possibility to join the big group but they will need to raise capital or get a big payout via patent or through RealDeal. With $5M cash remaining and a burn rate of $3M/quarter time is of the essence.

Hope this was of some help. GTLA.
