Anyone out there that can help me understand what this letter is trying to say? They will need money but it will be shared with the partner? They will be able to earn money quickly by drilling a few now and more later? Is it a legitimacy statement, we are not crooks? I'm just not sure what the intent of the letter is but i'm a shareholder now and would love to see this climb. GL
